Vacation mode on

Final week of summer holidays ,and we are in mood to prolong them. Soon we are leaving for a road trip to meet our family. Everyone is happy to see loved ones  and also some new additions to family:), Kids are constantly reminding me our childhood excitement to meet grandparents and cousins, some countless beautiful moments. Thanks to all beautiful people of my life.

Its our second long road trip with our threesome. Last time the youngest one was just few months old and slept all the way. In result we had a perfect peaceful journey. Now she is gonna be three soon and unable to sit at one place for 10 minutes .So what i am expecting is definitely not good. but fingers cross who knows  her inside peaceful soul mode wake up.

Preparations are full on. As autumn is just around the corner need to prepare kids wardrobe accordingly. I must say shopping for kids is one amusing motherhood activity. I personally feel in children clothing everything in little size automatically becomes cute. There were times i was desperate to buy some pink and colorful stuff, but  priorities have been changed since. Now being sustainable is more important than pink. Its playful and my little one love everything that was printed on the dresses:). she herself chose her first dress with rabbits on it.

What else i am loving recently is definitely having some baking therapy :). Tried some mini Strawberry tarts and also fresh strawberry buns. Used similar recipe of  my cinnamon buns for dough. Filling was twisted with some almond paste and fresh strawberries. Experiment went pretty well i guess:).

      Tried  all different kinds of buns , individual ones and lengthy one also a tray bake to share.

Finally my week is ending with  some weekend bake. This is the similar blueberry lemon crumble cake recipe. You can find on my little blogg. I deliberately tried to make it less sweet this time with no sugar in cream cheese swirl. But this tastes equally yummy.
