The tale of Bounty Chocolate cake
Hello Monday!
Today i was too eager to be here primarily to share something i recently tried and tested , but also just to write a little bit:).
Weekend passed like a blink of an eye and kids are at school now . And Its my time to read, write and do anything i love. Everything only to give me some positive vibes for the whole day, to make my spirits high :).
No doubt Baking is my favorite timeout always works to make my soul happy. It is more like a hobby ,but i must say every time it is an overwhelming experience to find how my time-out is too satisfying and spread lots of smiles & happiness around me.
Yup the reason i got all the confidence to share my amateur cooking experiences are precious people around me, who believe and appreciate whatever i offer them to try and its a blessing :).
Anyways i am always distracted :). Now Lets talk about the real stuff the dessert in Ramadan. There is always a desire to fix this most vital thing (in my case) on dinning table with least effort but still enormously scrumptious. Deliberately😊 used a super long word to define the length of deliciousness required.
So i was just browsing my mind, and realized that day was a Swedish chocolate ball day. yes just a day before mother's day:). I thought why not to celebrate my motherhood and chocolate ball together. yes they deserve to be together both are super sweet
Its not that sad to give myself a mother day present myself as mines are too little even to recognize how much blessed they are to have me😃.
So now off to the chocolate balls. while living in Sweden almost a decade now. I must say i never got bored of them and their's simplicity make me love them even more&more now😊.
Chocolate balls are Swedish teatimes or the FIKA classic. They are easy to fix and tastes super good. Almost everyone at my home love them. Today i will share the classic and old-fashioned recipe for amazingly yummy chocolate balls with cocoa, butter, sugar and rolled-oats. Which you can quickly fix in just 10 minutes. Just Roll them in coconut or pearl sugar whatever you have in hand.
And its seriously easy to alter the flavors of these relish treats. In my recipe given below instead of white sugar i used brown to make them more dense exactly i wanted them to be. Moreover you can safely use recipe written below for chocolate ball mixture to fix some original individual balls. But here with the chocolate balls dough i made a bounty sandwich cake instead of making little balls. If like me you are bounty chocolate lover this⬇ is an easiest and quickest way to enjoy , all homemade from scratch. Easy to slice&share!
